2. Plan: produce baseline plan including activities and owners, dependencies and schedule critical to achieving objectives to secure a successful outcome. This includes constraints, assumptions, risks, dependencies and issues, to help explain the variance throughout the project’s life cycle.
3. Execute: deliver the plan one step at a time, reporting status against milestones, unblocking constraints, mitigating risks, managing dependencies, testing assumptions, resolving issues and producing results.
4. Debrief: feedback what went well and learns lessons to improve performance. Critically, this depends on being true and responding positively to failure.
